One of the strengths of tapping is its versatility.
It
can be used for physical issues, to calm and regulate your emotions, to clear limiting beliefs, and to eliminate resistance to taking action.
You can tap on your own, with a practitioner, in a group, and you can even tap along to recorded audios and videos.
As wonderful as it is to have such a flexible tool, having so many options can also complicate the tapping process.
You may feel like you are tapping in a generic way and getting passable but not amazing results OR you might feel overwhelmed by all the possibilities and not know where to start.
