Good morning,
Recently, while tapping together, my client "Sam" interrupted me and asked, "Why are you having me tap on this?! I simply don't believe it!"
It was an excellent question and it helped me to articulate something I have known deep down for a long time.
Here is the short answer to Sam's question:
When we are tapping, the words we are saying out loud are not for our conscious mind, but for the subconscious.
That is why we need to meet the subconscious mind where it is, rather than on the level of how our conscious mind understands our issue.
In practical terms, this means there will be times when we are tapping on phrases that intellectually we know are untrue.
But it's not as simple as just saying things that are not true and then tapping. Instead, we need to be strategic with our use of phrases in order to create transformation in the subconscious
mind.
This week in the podcast I share why tapping with phrases we know not to be true is so useful, why you resist tapping in this way, and how to use this approach successfully to transform the untrue stories stored in your subconscious mind that do not serve you.
I think the episode will surprise you!

It is not only
helpful to tap using words you don't believe, it is essential!
I know you are going to love this one,
