Good morning,
As a general rule, the easiest issue to tap for is the issue that is isolated.
For example, I might be afraid of snakes because when I was camping as a child someone threw a rubber snake into my sleeping bag which is why I am now afraid of snakes. There is one isolated memory to tap on.
Or I could be in a situation where I am visiting a tourist site with a hanging rope bridge that I need to cross. I am only going to do
this one time and I only need to reduce the fear enough for me to put one foot in front of the other. There is one isolated moment in which I need to tap to get through.
Having success becomes harder when we are tapping for issues that are not isolated in this way.
This isn’t a criticism of tapping, but these types of problems are more complex, therefore getting relief is also more complicated.
One of the most common places this comes up in daily life is for the struggles that feel like they are never going to end. A perfect example of this would be someone
who sorts mail for the postal service. No matter how efficient they are at their job, there is always more mail coming down the conveyor belt to be sorted. They are never going to be done, which creates a specific type of stress.
You might not be in a job like this, but there are things in your life that you have to do over and over again which cause stress. This can
be even more emotionally difficult when the persistent task is something that is also difficult (practically or emotionally) for us to do.
This week in the podcast, I talk about how to tap for the persistent activities, tasks, and settings in our lives that cause us emotional distress.
Tapping for these issues requires a different approach. At the end of the episode, not only will you have a clear plan to tap for this, you will also have an easy way to implement it in your own tapping.

Tapping in this way is going to take the emotional edge off of everything you do (not just the issues you are tapping for) which will make everything in your day easier.

PS: Did you know every Wednesday I do a FREE live-stream on YouTube? I teach, we tap, and it is a great way to gather with other tapping enthusiasts from all over the world. This week
we talked about how you are sabotaging your success with tapping, how to know the ways you are sabotaging yourself, and how to get over it. If you want to get the most out of each round of tapping this is a must-watch. You can watch the replay here: https://www.youtube.com/live/kVt7GX1aX6A?si=L4snXR-EJavBRYDg&t=159
