It seems kind of obvious that it is a good idea to end your day with some tapping.
BUT knowing how to end the day with tapping isn't actually a plan, it is just an intention.
No matter how good of an idea we think it is to tap to end our day, without a clear plan we will subconsciously resist doing it.
