In last week's live stream, we focused on clearing resistance. It was an amazing hour of tapping in which we worked on setting ourselves up to take more consistent action. (You can find the replay here: https://youtube.com/live/EirpAohsIDs.)

During the session, I asked the live participants to think about a goal they would like to achieve.

Then, I asked a number of questions to stir up the resistance that was holding them back from taking action towards achieving that goal.

It was powerful and humbling to hear people sharing the deepest fears of their subconscious minds that were holding them back from creating authentic lives that they truly loved.

One form of resistance that came up over and over again was the feeling of not being worthy of success, progress, and healing.

A silly cliché that sprang to my mind is, "Once is an anomaly, twice is a coincidence, and three times is a pattern!"

With that subject coming up for so many people, I decided to focus this week's live stream on exactly that: tapping for worthiness.
