As you are reading this, I am in Rwanda participating in the Trauma Symposium Rwanda 2025 hosted by the Peaceful Heart Network.

The goal of the symposium is to learn from the firsthand experience of practitioners who are using tapping in some of the most challenging environments in the world. The experts participating use tapping in prisons, impoverished schools, war-torn communities, and refugee camps, just to name a few.

Our conversations are about identifying the best practices to help heal people experiencing complex trauma in safe and effective ways.

I love attending events like this because it is a wonderful opportunity to improve my skills as a practitioner, and for personal growth. On some levels, it is impossible to have these types of conversation without reflecting on how to use these tools in personal ways.

At the end of each day, I am asking each of the symposium participants one simple question: What did you learn today that you are going to start to use in your personal transformational journey?

When I hear other people's insights and what they have learned, it gives me a powerful opportunity to look at something in a different way through new eyes.

AND I want to share what I am learning with you too, which is why I created the Mystery Training.

There are two parts to the offer.

Second, you gain access to a live training at 12 noon Eastern US time on February 8th. During this training, I am going to be sharing all of the insights that I gained from the symposium and the other participants.

• Integration exercises based on the training
