Good morning,
A fundamental that I repeatedly return to when I am working with clients or teaching practitioners is: We emotionally respond to the world in the way that we describe it.
That is to say, the words we use when talking about our lives impact how we feel about our lives or a particular situation.
For example, if you say "Everyone at work hates me!" then you will arrive at your place of work expecting conflict and
looking for a fight.
This is true even if you don't actually believe that everyone at work hates you, just saying it will impact your mood, your thoughts, and your actions.
Because this is the case, I pay particular attention to the words
that I use. I don't mean that I am policing everything that I say or only allow positive words to leave my mouth.
Instead, by paying close attention to the words I use, I have an opportunity to understand my emotional struggle in the moment and also to articulate how I really feel. This can then become the foundation of healing and transformation.
This week in the podcast, I share with you a single word that has changed the way I feel and how transformation unfolds in my life.
I will also teach you how to add this word to how you already speak to
create the foundation for easier transformation.
It sounds hyperbolic to claim that change is possible with a single word, but if you use it in the way I teach you, it will do exactly that.

I can't wait to hear how you start to use this word in your own life,
