A few years ago, I was out on a date. Because the world was still in lockdown, we were sitting on a park bench (covertly) drinking wine and doing the usual get-to-know-you chit
chat.
After about 45 minutes, "Carol" said to me, "We need to talk about this confidence thing you have."
She wasn't saying I was overconfident or irrationally confident, but she had noticed (and was a little amazed) that I was completely
comfortable in my own skin.
If you know anything about my tapping journey, that might be the most surprising thing someone could say to me because the first major issue I ever worked on with tapping was dealing with my extreme social anxiety!
Over approximately the last 18 years, the primary goal of my personal tapping has been to become more comfortable in my own skin. When I am in that state, I am unflappable, I trust my intuition, I am able to see unusual solutions to problems, and I judge myself less harshly when I make mistakes.
In the moment, all of those outcomes are great, but the best part
about being comfortable in my own skin is how it has allowed me to create a life that I truly love. It has allowed me to feel like my true and authentic self at any given moment.
I want you to feel supremely comfortable in your skin too!

Here is what we are going to cover over the five days:
Day #0: Bonus Video Training – What is an authentic life?
To prepare you for the challenge, Gene has recorded a special bonus training. In this video, Gene shares ten different ways to help you identify what living an authentic life would look like for you. Your definition of living an authentic life will depend on the season of your life, and your current goals and focus. When you have a clear (or at least clearer) vision of what authenticity looks like to
you, the easier it will be to create it.
Day #1: Why you aren't consistently taking the most useful actions
Just because you know what to do, know how to do it, have everything you need to take action, and know why the action is valuable, does not mean you will actually do it. Very often, the most valuable actions are the ones we are least likely to take. In
this session, we will explore the real reason you aren't taking the actions necessary to live an authentic life.
Day #2: How to identify what specifically is holding you back
Now that you have a high level understanding of why you aren't taking action, in this session we will examine the specific beliefs holding you back. Even though there are common types of
resistance, every individual and their circumstance is unique. In this session, we will focus on how to make the tapping process as personalized as possible. The more specific we can be when we tap, the faster and deeper our results.
Day #3: Making transformation routine
With a little willpower, we can take a powerful, authentic action once, or a few times.
But in order to create lasting change, we need to take authentic action consistently. In this session, we will look at how to make it easier to take authentic action every day.
Day #4: Not an action – A way of life
The next step in the process is to move from having to fight to establish taking authentic action as a habit, to where we are simply living an
authentic life. When this happens, authentic action comes naturally. We do not have to think about every choice or psych ourselves up to take action. Instead, we are simply responding to our intuition to live authentically.
Day #5: Start Each Day Powerfully
In this session you will learn the tapping approach that changed my life. And that is not something I
say lightly. This approach to how I start my day and tap for my to-do list moved me from longing for an authentic life to actually living one.
Day #6: Bonus Day – The Tapping Jam
After spending a week uncovering your hidden resistance and limiting beliefs, it is time to clear them! In this session, the challenge participants will have a chance to share what
is preventing them from creating an authentic life and we will spend 60 minutes tapping. As much as I love the teaching component of this challenge, this is my favorite day because we dedicate an entire session to creating transformation.
Here are all the details:
- The live sessions will take
place daily at 3 PM Eastern US time, starting Monday, February 17th
- You will have access to replays of the training sessions for 24 hours after each one ends
- At the end of every session, you will be given a small homework assignment to help you to integrate what is taught that day
