Good morning,
I can still remember the feeling of power and elation after doing one of my very first rounds of tapping.
I had woken up in the middle of the night with a screaming headache. It felt as if a dagger had been lodged in my brain. After doing a few rounds of tapping, the pain subsided and I was able to get back to sleep.
The next morning, my head was clear and the memory of the tapping I'd done felt like a dream.
Moments like that seem nothing short of magical!
They also feel a little unbelievable. Even after tapping regularly for close to two decades, there are still times where it feels incredible.
How can tapping on my face create such powerful change?
But then there is the other end of the spectrum. You are working on a stubborn issue that just doesn't seem to improve. No matter how much time you spend tapping, or how many aspects and
tail-enders you address, you can't make any progress.
When this happens, tapping doesn't feel magical. Instead, it feels like a waste of time and you feel foolish for believing that this weird thing will actually work.
I know the feeling
well, as I have been here many times in the past.
But it doesn't have to be this way!
In this week's podcast I am going to share with you what I do when my tapping progress has stalled, how to jump
start your progress, and how to regain your confidence in the process.

Even if you don't feel stuck right now, I encourage you to check this out, so that
the next time you aren't making any progress, you have a plan for moving forward.
