Good afternoon,
The biggest struggle I face when trying to create change and transformation in my life is not failure.
It is not dashed hopes.
It is not an unrealized expectation.
For me, the biggest emotional gut punch is knowing what to do, how to do it, why I should do it, having everything I need to
take action…and still not following through.
I can deal with making a plan and not having it work. It's no fun for that to happen, but I can handle it.
But when I let myself down it is just "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH". (That is the guttural
scream running through my head when I let myself down!)
In reality, when we let ourselves down by not taking positive action, it is often because our subconscious mind is trying to keep us safe.
As my friend Brad Yates likes to say,
"Self-sabotage is nothing more than misguided self-love".
As someone who has spent time tapping, I'm sure that this is not a new revelation for you, but just because we know something is true does not mean it is easy to overcome.
Tune in to
this week's podcast to hear me share with you the first two key steps in getting over these limiting beliefs.
Not only that, but these two easy steps can be used with any tapping issue, not just limiting beliefs.
It is an approach that I
believe every tapper should know, so I encourage you to check it out:
Video training and tapping: https://youtu.be/iCSyf-ozfOw
Audio-only training and tapping: https://tappingqanda.com/664
The only time
I don't use these two ideas when tapping is when I am doing wordless tapping. Otherwise, this approach is a must for me and I know you will love it too.
Learn it now!

PS: Next week, I am doing a full deep dive into how the subconscious mind holds us back in the 5-Day limiting Belief Challenge. It is the perfect continuation to this week's podcast. You can get full details and sign up here: http://ClearLimitingBeliefsChallenge.com
