Years ago, my friend (and amazing tapping practitioner) Rick Wilkes introduced me to the phrase "vibrational leadership".
That phrase resonated with me all the way to my core the moment I heard it.
The idea is simple: not only do we impact the world with our actions, but we also impact those around us by the way we carry ourselves and move through the world energetically.
