Good morning,
"What do you notice?"
This is the question I ask my
clients after almost every round of tapping.
Why?
Because their unfiltered response tells me exactly where we need to go next. After hearing their reply, I will ask a number of follow-up questions to determine our next step.
This question elicits a whole range of responses. Sometimes clients notice the relief they feel, sometimes they identify the next aspect for us to tap on, and sometimes there are all the things all at once.
But another common response
is...crickets. Complete silence. Zilch!
No insights or new emotions, no sense of relief. There is just nothing.
Even worse? This doesn't just happen mid-session.
Sometimes you sit down eager to tap, knowing change needs to happen and that tapping can help…BUT when you try to tune in, there is nothing there.
We know that tapping is more successful when we can tune in to the specifics of an issue. So what can we do when we feel emotionally
frozen?
This week in the podcast I am going to share with you the exact step-by-step process I use for tapping to get unstuck when I feel numb.
Two things will happen when you use this approach: First, numbness will not stop you from
tapping. Second, you'll tap more consistently because you'll know exactly what to do when your system shuts down in this way.
Result? Deeper, lasting transformation.

healing.
