Good morning,
Over the last year, I have been giving a lot of thought to what we can best focus on while we are tapping.
When most of us first learned to tap, the rule drilled into us was: "Be as specific as possible."
I agree that this is a great starting point, especially when we are new to tapping.
As we
learn more about tapping, we recognize that being specific is a smart place to start, but it isn’t the perfect solution for every situation. Much of the time, it is great for us to think about the issue at hand and how to tap for it.
But sometimes the granular approach doesn't work.
Instead, we need to look at the big picture. Not just the issue, but ourselves as whole, complex, and multidimensional beings.
My friend and world-class tapper, Sarah Tobin, has just released a remarkable book Tapping Into You. In the book she shares insights and approaches to heal and transform ourselves
through the lens of our humanity, beyond our issues.
For this week's podcast, Sarah was kind enough to share her time to talk about key lessons from the book.
Before we started the interview, I told Sarah that "Reading this book felt like we
were sitting down for a hot cup of tea and talking about how we can live lives that we love."
You can watch and listen to our conversation here:
As well as the book being amazing, I know you will fall in love with Sarah's warmth and her insights.
Go listen right now and let Sarah’s wisdom lift you up!
