Good evening,
In the Tapping Mastery Blueprint, I talk about the four primary reasons we resist taking action. Resistance shows up when we don’t feel safe or allowed to act, or when we don’t
feel worthy or deserving of the outcome.
On the surface, “worthy” and “deserve” might seem like the same thing—but they’re not.
In the framework I use for healing and transformation, worthy is about birthright, while deserve is
about what we earn through action or transaction. For example, I am worthy of self-love simply because I’m human. At the same time, I deserve to be paid fairly for my work because of the value I offer in that exchange.
This distinction plays a big role in healing. I might believe I’m worthy of success because all humans are, but still feel I don’t deserve
it—because I’ve squandered opportunities in the past.
Put simply, when we feel like we’ve messed up soooooooo badly, we often carry a subconscious belief that we’re no longer entitled to good things. And that belief leads us to sabotage our efforts toward growth, healing, or success.
This week in the Wednesday live stream, we’re going to uncover and clear the stories about past failures that are still holding us back.
We go live at 11 AM Eastern.
You can join us live or catch the replay afterward at the same link:
