Good morning,
"It is almost like it's a totally new relationship!"
That is what my client "George" reported at the beginning of a session when I asked how things were going. But let's take a step back….
George and I had been working together for a number of months. He was in the process of restarting his business that had been put on the back burner because of a professional setback and needing to tend to some family
matters.
Week after week, we had been working through limiting beliefs and fears, and dealing with past failures. We had arrived at the point where it was time to stop focusing on the past and start tackling George's resistance around moving forward.
One of the biggest sticking points was a relationship with one of his vendors. Although George felt like the vendor was the right person to be working with, there was a lot of spoken and unspoken friction between them. The relationship was further complicated by a language barrier and living in different time zones.
I gave George a simple homework
assignment to write something short describing the relationship he wanted, which took less than twenty minutes, and then asked him to spend ten minutes a day for the next week tapping while reading through what he had written.
This led to George telling me in our next session, "It is almost like it's a totally new
relationship!"
The great thing about this process is that it can be used for any goal you are working towards, not just for strained relationships. It can be used for large life-changing goals and for small changes that you are trying to make to your life.
This week in the podcast, I walk you through the process step by step and by the end you will have a simple plan that you can use to create change in your life.

I hadn't used this process myself for quite a while. After receiving the feedback from George, I did it myself and I am loving the results. You will too.
Can't wait to hear how it works for
you,
Gene
