You start tapping...and then you freeze.

this keeps happening. I call it the Tapper's Conundrum, and it's rooted in how most of us learned to tap.
When you were taught to tap, no doubt you were told that you need to be as specific as possible (which is solid teaching). Then, as you tried out tapping for yourself, you experienced moments where you said a tapping phrase that was perfect. A phrase that
just sings as it vibrates through your whole body, creating relief and transformation.
Because of these experiences, your subconscious mind creates a new rule: "You must find the most specific and most perfect tapping phrases for this to
work!"
And the moment that rule takes hold? It becomes difficult to tap at all because your subconscious won't allow you to waste time or energy on anything less than perfect.
BUT no round of tapping starts perfectly. Instead, you
gently work your way into a flow that creates healing, transformation, and relief.
If your subconscious demands perfection, you will never get started.
