Good afternoon,
Nobody can pronounce my last name.
The truth is, it
isn't actually that hard to say because it’s completely phonetic but it's so long that people get scared and don't even try.
When people do try, they often just mumble something like monster-sss-mm--ll-y.
When my father taught middle school,
the kids called him Mr. Monster Belly. At the time, he was 6'2" and only weighed 165lb. The name obviously had more to do with it being easy to say, not a statement about his girth.
When I was in university, I had a very formal professor who called on students by their last name, such as Mr. Smith or Miss Jones. I was simply "Gene". Not once during the whole semester
did he attempt to say my surname aloud.
But given that it is tricky to say or remember, I realized that professionally there was never going to be anything called "The Monterastelli Method".
Because there will never be a Monterastelli Method,
one day I was brainstorming what I might call my approach to tapping and jokingly came up with RKAT: The Really Kick-Ass Technique.
It was funny to me because 1) I'm typically not that braggadocious, and 2) it's pretty silly. I didn't give it much thought consciously and moved on with my day.
My subconscious, on the other hand, had different plans. It started to create the RKAT. Over the next week, I ended up sketching out a powerful approach to tapping.
It's not something that you must 'get right.' Instead, it's a natural approach that taps into your intuition to guide you to exactly what to tap on
next.
It is designed to create gentle, lasting healing and transformation that is both flexible and gentle.
And in the upcoming webinar, I'm going to show you exactly how to use it.
On Wednesday, December 10th at 1 PM Eastern time, I'm running a free training webinar where I'll teach you three different approaches to tapping that will not only get you to tap more, but help you get more out of each time you sit down to tap.
The
RKAT is one of those methods I am going to be teaching. If you simply take a picture of the slide where I introduce the RKAT and reference it before you sit down to tap, you'll instantly get more out of your tapping.
My student Cheryl described it as "A simple and elegant approach that makes tapping feel like a natural extension of what I am thinking at the moment. It
is not something I have to do, instead it just flows out of me."
I can't wait to share it with you.
