Good morning,
I want you to think back to your school days…specifically your science classes.
Somewhere along the way, probably in a physics class, you were taught about inertia.
More than likely what you remember about inertia (if you remember anything) is: "Things in motion stay in motion and things at rest stay at rest."
Even if you were able to find that phrase deep in the recesses of your mind, you might not remember what it actually means.
And that is OK...this is not a quiz!
In simple terms it means that things that are moving are hard
to stop, and things that aren't moving are hard to get moving.
This is true for moving physical objects and just as true for the actions we take.
For example, when I am in the habit of working out (my morning usually starts with a brisk 5km
walk), it is easy to jump out of bed and get after it. Recently, I fell out of the habit because I was traveling for about a week and it was HARD to get up and get moving again once I got home.
In other words: Things in motion stay in motion; things at rest stay at rest.
It is no different with our tapping. When we build up a healing and transformational momentum, it is easy for us to keep tapping consistently.
For me, the ideal place to be is when tapping is such a built-in habit that I don’t even have to think about it; I just reach for it whenever I need it.
In this week's Wednesday live stream,
I am going to be sharing simple ways to create emotional momentum.
Not only will this help you to tap more often, but you’ll get more powerful, deeper transformation and healing each time you sit down to tap.
I will be going live at 11 AM
Eastern tomorrow (Wednesday).
You can join us live here: https://youtube.com/live/_IrnxIRlfCQ
You
already know the value of tapping is directly related to how much you actually tap. This will make it so you use tapping even more!
I can't wait to see you tomorrow,
Gene
