Good morning,
Here's what isn't obvious about building a tapping habit: The main benefit doesn't come from the fifteen minutes you spend tapping each morning.
The benefit is what happens at 2:47 PM on a random Tuesday when your boss sends that email, your internet dies, or you're stuck in traffic and can feel your blood pressure spiking.
That's when it really pays off.
Because by around day twenty of daily tapping, something interesting happens. Your nervous system remembers. When stress hits, you don't think "I should tap on this later." You think "I'm tapping on this RIGHT NOW."
That's the difference between someone who knows tapping works and someone who
reaches for it the moment it matters.
Let me be more specific about what changes:
Day 1-7: You tap every morning. It's not always easy, but you do it. The morning sessions start shifting your baseline. You're calmer before
the day's demands start piling up.
Day 8-15: Daily tapping happens with less willpower. You're not negotiating with yourself anymore; you just do it. Same as brushing your teeth.
Day 16-23: Here's where it gets interesting. When life throws something at you, you automatically reach for tapping. Not because you're trying to remember but because your body now has an established pattern: stress arises = start tapping.
Day 24-30: You realize you're not thinking about whether to tap. You're just someone
who taps daily. That's who you are now.
And there is one element that compounds this whole process…every day you follow through, you're rebuilding something that has probably been eroded over the years your self-trust.
Not the motivational
poster version. The real kind. The quiet knowledge that when you say you'll do something, you actually do it.
And that changes how you show up everywhere else.
The change doesn't come from just trying to 'commit harder' or use more
'self-discipline'. Believing that willpower is enough to bring about real and enduring change is a sure path to failure.
That is why I created the Tapping Habit Accelerator which takes a different approach. It gives you a structure that makes it hard to fail:
- Daily email reminders (you won't forget)
- Session tracker (you'll see your wins stack
up)
- 100 starting questions (you'll never wonder "what do I tap on?")
- Daily integration activities (the habit deepens automatically)
- Tools to transform your brain in a way that creates lasting habits (allowing you to create any new habit you want)
This isn't about muscling through with willpower. It's about setting up a system that carries you through the first thirty days while the habit takes root.
By November 10th, you're not someone who wishes they tapped more. You're someone who taps daily.
The Tapping Habit Accelerator training that will show you exactly how to do this is happening on Zoom tomorrow, Saturday October 11th, at 12 noon Eastern US time.
You'll learn the science of habit formation AND you'll get the complete toolkit that will guide you through all thirty days.
Total investment: $27
That's less than you've spent on tapping programs you didn't fully use because you never established the daily habit first.

The recording will be available if you can't make it live.
The sooner you start, the sooner you'll be living with this as your new normal of being a consistent tapper.
I'll see you tomorrow at noon!

PS: You already know tapping works. You’ve felt the shift when you do it. The only thing standing between you and using it consistently is the lack of a proven structure to make it automatic. That's what Saturday is about, turning good intentions into daily action. Grab your spot here: https://MakeTappingAHabit.com
