Good morning,
There is a catch-22 when it comes to using any sort of transformational tool like tapping: The time you need help the most is also when
you are least likely to remember to use
it.
When you are frustrated, you are consumed with frustration.
When you are exhausted, you are just thinking about how tired you are.
When you are under the weather, you just want to sleep for hours and hours, until you feel better.
In none of these situations are you thinking, "You know what would be good for me right now? Tapping!"
When you are
in your lowest resource state, it makes sense that you don’t remember to tap. But that creates two problems.
First, you aren't reaching for tapping when you need it. Second, afterwards, you won’t remember how bad you felt in the moment and you will probably beat yourself up for not tapping.
Neither of those scenarios is ideal.
This week in the podcast, I will have you write a simple blue print with me to help you remember to tap when you need it most AND exactly what you should do when you are tapping in one of those suboptimal moments.
With a plan and some practice ahead of time, not only will you tap more often, you’ll also get more out of each round of tapping when you remember to do it.

This is one of those key ideas
that moves you from wanting to tap to actually tapping more often,

PS: If you are looking to tap more often and tap more efficiently as discussed in this week’s podcast, then I
know you are going to love the Tapping Habit Accelerator. On March 28th I will be teaching a comprehensive, research-based, step-by-step plan to create any new habit you would like to add to your life. The training will be focused on making tapping a habit, but everything I teach can be applied to any new other habit that you would like to create.
