Good afternoon,
For years, I was an associate coach in a program designed to help small business owners create thriving businesses.
The program included online and in-person trainings and we started off every gathering with "Transformation Tallies" when participants shared their wins since our last meeting.
We celebrated taking action, emotional shifts, gaining clarity, and growth in the various businesses.
Doing this sort of thing publicly serves two purposes. First, celebrating our success creates momentum for more success, whether we are working alone or in groups. Second, it provides inspiration. If someone else can achieve success, I can too.
During a recent Office Hours session in my Tapping Mastery Academy, one of my students shared her experience from a group program she was in where someone else's success didn't provide inspiration. Instead, it did the exact opposite.
Hearing about other people's success made her feel worse about herself. She was working just as hard as everyone else in the
group and doing exactly what the program asked of her. She was making lots of sacrifices in her life to create change and yet it still wasn't happening for her.
It is such a hard place to be: putting in the work and not making progress.
It is more than frustrating or disappointing. You start to wonder if there is something wrong with you. Maybe change will never come. You end up believing that healing, change and personal transformation is for everyone...except you
If you have ever felt like you are working as hard (if not harder) as the people
around you and there must be something wrong with you because you are not getting the results you want, then this week's podcast was recorded just for you.
We tap for the difficult emotions that come with feeling this sort of failure and I share a straightforward process to help you to continue to take action even when progress doesn't come as quickly as you'd
like.

Even if you haven't felt the sting of not having the success that others are having, I know this tapping will help you to
keep moving forward.
I can't wait for you to check it out,
