Good morning,
My family is spread across the US and when we visit each other, we enjoy hanging out while doing everyday things together like running errands.
On a visit to my sister in Oregon a few years ago, one of the errands on our agenda was to take her dog Addison to the vet for a nail trim.
Addison absolutely HATED anything to do with the vet.
The moment we arrived, she was skittish and distressed, and an extra vet tech was needed to hold her down while she was having her nails trimmed.
I decided to try an experiment and I asked my sister if it would be OK if I tapped for Addison during the procedure. She agreed, and as soon as the vet turned on the nail
grinder, I quietly began tapping for her from the corner of the room.
Less than a minute into the process, something strange happened.
The woman holding Addison in place started to panic. Her eyes
darted around the room, and for a split second, I could see she was really concerned as she tried to figure out what was going on.
She thought something terrible had happened, but in fact Addison had relaxed so much during the tapping that her body went limp. It was nothing short of amazing!
As an animal lover, I'm guessing you would love to be able to take care of your pets in the same way.
You are not alone!
I am often asked by my students, clients, and readers about how
they can use tapping to help their animals.
It makes perfect sense. We love our animals and want to do our best to make sure they are happy and healthy, but they have no words to tell us about their needs, which makes it difficult to help them when they’re anxious, uncomfortable, or in pain.
Over the years, I’ve interviewed experts on tapping for animals and created some resources here and there, but I realized I hadn’t pulled everything together into one place.
That’s why I’ve created a program called Tapping for Pets: A Practical Guide to Supporting Your Animal’s Well-Being. It’s designed to
help you connect more deeply with your pets and give them the emotional and physical care they deserve.
At its core, Tapping for Pets is about strengthening the emotional bond between you and your pet. Tapping allows you to tune in to what they are experiencing and help you support their well-being and bring you closer together.
But it’s not just about emotions. Tapping can also improve your pet’s physical well-being.
One of my favorite parts of this program is that it doesn’t only teach you a set of steps to follow. It also helps you to trust your intuition around understanding your pet’s needs.
You'll build confidence in your ability to help them, which is a true gift for both of you.
Learn everything you need to tap with confidence to support your animal's well-being.
