I was lucky enough to be invited to join this excellent series and will be talking to Stefan on Saturday, February 7th.

Here's what most people miss: The easiest way not to tap is to not know where to begin. And the reason you don't know where to begin is because you haven't uncovered the hidden story driving your resistance.

That hidden story (the subconscious belief creating the emotional block to action) is the key.

It might be "I'll be judged," "I'm not ready," or "What if I fail?" Once you identify that story, tapping becomes simple. You know exactly where to start.
