Good morning,
On March 3rd, 2006 the first ever episode of the Tapping Q&A Podcast went live. I recorded that first interview with an adapter from RadioShack (remember them?) that connected my
home telephone (remember them?!) to my computer. The introduction was recorded with a $19 microphone.
To be honest, when I started I was partly motivated by the selfish reason of wanting free training. Here's what I mean….
Attending classes
costs money. Personal coaches cost money. BUT if you ask someone to be interviewed, they will happily give you their time free of charge AND you get to choose the topic because you are the one asking the questions.
I also knew that if I did a good job with the interviews, I wouldn't be the only one benefiting from the shared knowledge and it would be an opportunity for
others in the global tapping community to learn too.
As I was planning for 2026 last year, I realized I had published almost 700 podcast episodes. I decided that I wanted to find a way to share the knowledge I have gained through the process of researching and recording them so that you too could benefit…without having to listen to all 700 episodes.
I set out to create something that I tentatively called 100 lessons from the Tapping Q&A Podcast and I set to work.
Two things quickly became apparent. First, narrowing down the content to one hundred lessons was going to be challenging as on my first pass through the whole archive, I came up with 2,600 lessons (that is not a joke). Second, while a list of lessons might make an interesting read, it wouldn't fulfill my goal as a teacher.
About two years ago, I decided
that I didn't want to help people to know more about tapping. I wanted them to tap more AND tap more effectively because knowing how to do something is not the same as actually using it.
You probably know exactly what this feels like. You recognize that tapping is powerful and it works. But for some reason, in the moment, you just don't reach for it. Then after the
fact, you end up beating yourself up for not using the tool you know that works.
This problem is not down to a lack of discipline, but instead it is a problem with practical integration: how we integrate our tapping knowledge and experience into our daily lives. There is a huge gap between just knowing how to tap and knowing how to use tapping right now to respond to
what is going on in your life.
So, instead of a list of interesting lessons (head knowledge), I've created a book designed to help you truly integrate the practice of tapping into your daily life. It contains digestible, bite-sized ideas to help you use your knowledge to make consistent progress in your personal transformation. It is called 365 Tapping Lessons:
Gentle Shifts To Transform How You Heal.
The book is structured so that you are presented with a daily short lesson, a quote from the podcast reinforcing that lesson, a brief reflection on how this applies to your everyday life, an action step you can take right now, and a reflection question on how this new knowledge applies to your healing journey.
AND that entire process takes under five minutes.
Here is what that looks like in practice: You wake up, you grab the book, and you follow the instructions for the day. No need to choose a topic or
remember a particular technique. Just turn to today's page and do what it says. That's it!
And here is the part that matters most to me. Because each day builds on the previous days, as well as tapping more, slowly but surely you will become a better tapper. Quietly, steadily, one five-minute session at a time. Over the weeks and months, you will start to notice that
you are reaching for tapping on your own, in moments where you used to forget it was even an option. That is what integration looks like, and it is exactly what this book is designed to create.
In mid-April, we will be offering free trainings to celebrate Episode 700 of the Tapping Q&A Podcast, and pre-orders of the book will be shipped to arrive that week.
The book is available now for pre-order for only $28, with shipping to anywhere in the world included in that price.
Yes, it is a physical book! No doubt an electronic version would be more profitable, but
I believe it is worth spending money on an actual book because I know you will be much more likely to use it daily if it is a physical book you can hold in your hand.
There are also some special bonuses for everyone who places a pre-order, as a thank you for their support.
The first is what I'm calling the Tapping Enhancement Bundle. This bundle is a collection of brand new tools designed to make it easier every time you sit down to tap. It includes 50 Tapping Scripts, 100 Tapping Affirmations, an Emotional First-Aid Tapping Guide, a Micro-Goal Planner, and more. The Tapping Enhancement Bundle is yours when you pre-order any time before April 13th.
The second bonus is something I'm really excited about. It is a brand new book I've created called 90 Days of Tapping for Financial Abundance. It contains a complete step-by-step process to help you clear your emotional blocks to financial abundance, with 90 days of tapping scripts, affirmations, and reflection questions. I will be selling this book separately for $20, but it is yours free if you pre-order before
March 11th. After that date, this bonus goes away.
These two bonuses are offered in recognition of your kind support for the podcast over all these years.

When I started the podcast, I had absolutely no idea how long it would last. It began as an experiment, with a commitment to record at
least ten episodes and see what would unfold. I guess I lived up to that commitment.
Yesterday, we celebrated the 17th anniversary of the Tapping Q&A Podcast. I am so grateful to every single listener for being a part of this journey!
Thank you for listening (and now watching) the show. Thank you for your questions about tapping which are its lifeblood. Thank you for your feedback which has made the show better. Thank you for sharing it with your friends, loved ones and clients.
I hope you celebrate with me by getting your copy of the new book here: https://365TappingLessons.com
Thank you once again and here's to another 17 years,
Gene
