Dear

Here in the United States it has been an amazing week of hope and new beginning. I have lived in the Washington, DC area for 16 years (11 of those within walking distance of the US capitol building). Inauguration week is always a week of hope, regardless who is coming into power.
Regardless where we are in our lives we can great each new day as a new beginning. It is a new beginning because we can choose again. To help you do that you can start the day with a tapping patter like this:
I greet this new day as a new opportunity...today I have the chance to choose again...I can choose to be the same...or choose to be different...but I know in each moment I creating myself again...everything that came before this day and this moment have done nothing more than set up this moment...I am informed by past...but I am not trapped by my past...as I begin this day...I give myself permission to make the choice I want to make to create myself as I would like...I am open to the new possibilities of the day...even the possibilities that are unexpected...I choose to make today a new beginning.
Note: One of this weeks featured articles can also help us to move away from being stuck in the past and moving towards a hopeful future.
[* 1 *] The Power of A Simple Chime
I don't know if you saw the note I sent earlier this week, but I told the story of how going on retreat over the New Year got me writing computer code for the first time in over 5 years. I created a piece of software that will help you find peace all day long. I have already received rave reviews of the new software. Read More...
[* 2 *] The Body You Love
The week has been filled with more weight release clients. Some amazing emotional healing happens when we look at how the body is trying to communicate to us through our weight. I still have one spot open in this round of the weight release program. This is not a group program. This is a one-on-one program. Read More...
[* 3 *] Three New Articles
This issue has three new articles. I would especially encourage you to read the article asked by a parent dealing with an 8 year-old daughter. Even if you don't have children the articles shows you a way in which you can approach a larger issue is small steps, making it much more manageable. This process can be used for any large issue. As always links to all three articles can be found below.
[* 4 *] Let Me Tap For You
Keep the surrogate tapping requests coming. As always, there is no charge. http://eftqanda.com/contact.html
Let me know what else I can do for you!
Blessings,
gened

Tap Along Phrases: Need To Know How We Got Here
To work down a path of healing it requires us to take stock of where we are and what issues we would like to heal. One of the questions that come to mind when we do this is, "How did I get here?" This can become a consuming question, even to the point that it distracts us from the healing process itself. Read more...
Tool: Getting Back To That Session That Was So Powerful
There are times when we have very powerful Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/EvEFT) sessions. When we sit down later to tap we wish there was a way to recapture the healing aspects of that session or continue to work on those issues. It is much easier to do than one would think. Read more...
