Dear ,
I hope this finds you well. This past week has been filled with details around the third change to EFT Q & A. Careful readers of the web site will be able to tell the new project that is coming. I have had some great teachers and I can't wait to share them with you. (And YES! It is going to be free.)
If you like receiving this newsletter, do me a favor by telling a friend or three about it.
[* 1 *] This week's articles
In the Tap Along article I talk about how the logical mind can get in the way of healing because of the need to know why things are the way they and how to get past that need. The tools article shows a really simple way to come up with phrases to tap on when you don't know what to say.
[* 2 *] Creating a better life
I read lots of newsletters, websites, and blog related to personal growth. I am always trying to find new ways to continue my own healing. This week an article about creating change over 16 weeks particularly stuck me. I do know if these are the best 16 weeks, but it is a great idea. I would also be very easy to include EFT in each of the weeks.

[* 3 *] Surrogate Tapping Request
If there is an issue in your life I could tap on for you this week, let me know. It is free and I don't share the e-mails with anyone else. http://eftqanda.com/contact.html
Keep the questions coming!

Because we can't logic our way out of something we don't know where to turn and can feel helpless in the healing process.

Tools: Journaling
When we leave our thoughts alone in our head they have a tendency to be magnified. The mind serves as an echo chamber (especially in the middle of the night). Each time a thought or worry is bounced around it get stronger and stronger. We can combine Evolving Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/EvEFT) with a simple task to take the charge out of our thoughts and feelings.
