Dear

It has been one of those weeks.  My business partner (in another endeavor) has be rendered incapacitated because of a back injury.  [Note: I would love any surrogate tapping you could do for him.]  My computer has been in TX being healed.  This has created many new tasks and many tasks I just couldn't do.

It has been real perspective shifter about how I use my time and what is really important.  One of the graces of the week came in the form of an e-mail.  I am the process of working on new project for the web site that is requiring a lot of collaborative input from a number of people.  Because I didn't have my computer most of the week I had to reschedule a number of calls.  I sent a short apology note to each person I was suppose to talk with.  Here is part of a response I received.

"Never be 'SORRY' it is a state of being rather than the intention of apology for any inconvenience."

I love that!  Words I needed to hear.  I can apologize, but I should never be sorry for I am not sorry!

[* 1 *] This weeks articles
This week I have two articles about change.  The first is about when we worry if our change is going to make others lives harder.  The second is about the back sliding feeling we have sometimes when we are doing change work.

In addition to the two articles that I have added to the site this week you will find links to two articles I read this week that I liked a lot and though you might enjoy as well.  Links to all articles found below.

[* 2 *] Last week of sale
I forgot to talk about the new meditation program I created in last week's newsletter.  Because of that I am extending the sale one more week.  One of the hardest parts of not having my computer this week was not having the simple chime reminding me to pause and ground myself.  Read More...

How going on retreat made me write computer code for the first time in year.

[* 3 *] Getting What We Want
One of my articles was published by Dr. Pat Carrington this week and I have receive a number of questions about the series.  All four articles are listed below in the article section.

[* 4 *] Tapping requests and questions
Keep the tapping requests and questions coming.  Know that if you sent me something in the last week I have been tapping for you even if I didn't send you a note back. http://eftqanda.com/contact.html

Let me know what I can do for you.

PS: The photo is not of me or my computer, just a fun picture of how it feels when your computer goes down.

When Our Change Affects Others
I love EFT and use it a lot. I have found it to be very helpful with small emotional issues and simple physical pains. When it comes to bigger issues I have a concern. I am afraid that if I change the person I am I am going to hurt the people I love. Do you have any advice?Read More...
