Dear ,
I hope this note finds you well. I think I am finally back to full health. Again, thanks to all who have been tapping for me. It has been quite a spring. I have heard reports from all over the world of it being a nasty cold and flu season.
Today was warmer than expected. In the Northern Hemisphere Spring is just around the corner. Good reasons to smile!
I have been hinting about this since the beginning of January and the big launch is happening next week. Starting next week in addition to the Q&A, the tap-along, and the tools the site is going to feature the EFT Q & A Podcast.
In each episode I am going to answer more questions about EFT as well as share interviews with some of the brightest minds in change work today. I already have a bunch of interviews in the can.
I have been blown away by the interviews. There is so much wisdom out there and I am so happy these people were so willing to share their time and wisdom.
There are two ways you can subscribe to the podcast:
- If you use iTunes you can simple click here: EFT Q & A Podcast

- If you use any other RSS feed to download podcasts you can click here:

[* 1 *] "I feel sad." Just Doesn't Do It Justice
One of the hardest emotions to tap on is the feeling of sadness because it has so many shades and flavors. This weeks articles gives you a great way to approach sadness. It can be found below.
[* 2 *] "I just had to laugh."
Feedback is coming in about the audio I featured last week. One of my clients commented, "When I was using the audio I added a number of foods I had a really hard time with to the visualization. The next day I was at the store and saw one of the foods on the shelf. I just laughed knowing there was no way I was going to buy it."
Full details on the audio that transforms the way you see the food that is bad and good for you here. Read More...
[* 3 *] Surrogate Tapping and Questions
Keep your questions and surrogate tapping requests coming. People have asked about the surrogate tapping and this is what I can tell you. I do it every morning for 20 to 30 minutes. I don't charge for it. I really love doing it.
Do you have something you want me tap for? http://eftqanda.com/contact.html
Let me know what I can do for you.
hugs,
