Dear ,
I pray this note finds you well.
Life here is very good. There was a very lovely snowstorm here on Monday that
created a snow day for many. For
people like me who's commute is all the way to computer and the phone it slow
us down.
It was great to see the kids sledding mid morning on their
snow day.
I spent most of the day that I wasn't working with clients
putting the finishing touches on the new EFT Q & A podcast.
Please check it out and let me know what you think. It is something I really want to
make better. (* This is me begging
for feed back)
If for nothing else check it out for the very cheese music
and voice over that starts the podcast.

Podcast #1: Using EFT to heal without moving too
far too fast w/ Rick Wilkes (plus how to easily make EFT routine)
Show Topic: One of the biggest problems people face when doing EFT is the belief
that every issue is going to be solved in one-minute miracles. There is a small
percentage of issue that can be solved in a very short period of time. Most
healing is going to happen over time. In this episode we talk about how we work
this healing process with out going to far too fast. If we move to peak
experiences too quickly then they can be followed by an emotional crash (much
like crash that follows a sugar high). Rick artfully talks about how we can
move up the emotional scale to insure that we are able to create a strong emotional
foundation that allows us to thrive.
