Dear ,
I pray this note finds you well. Spring has finally decided to show up to the Mid-Atlantic of the US and it feels great!
This is a very special issue of the EFT Report. April is Autism (ASD) Awareness month.
In my practice I have been very blessed to have the opportunity to work with a number of children who have been diagnosed on the autism spectrum as well as their parents.
Some recent studies are showing that as many as 1 in 142 children are born today will be diagnosed on the spectrum. In addition to having an article that shows parents of ASD how they can use EFT there is a very special podcast.
Even if you don't know anyone who has been diagnosed on the spectrum you will find the podcast very informative. The first half of the interview is about what it is like to live with ASD.
Because of the alarming nature of the number of children who are being diagnosed I think it is import that we are all more informed about what it is like to live with ASD.
The second half of the interview is about how one family has used EFT both effectively for their son, but also for the patents. Please take a listen.
In addition to the podcast there is a special article with set-up statements for parents of special needs children.
As always, the links can be found below.
