Dear ,
I hope this finds you well. Lots of good things are happening on this end.
I am not sure why, but some of my most productive time is on airplanes. I love my airplane time!
In the last seven days I have flown cross-country twice. This has allowed me to do a great deal of planning and dreaming.
I find it amazing that when I am planning how quickly something can go from awesome new ideas to over whelming limiting beliefs about being able to get the new tasks done. Because I know this is the case when I brain storming I do lots of tapping as I am coming up with my to-do list and refining ideas.
I feel sorry for the people who were sitting next to me on the flights as I was tapping away. They must be thinking. "Who is this nut sitting next to me? How much longer is this flight?"
Lots of good stuff in this issue! I am going to be doing another radio interview next Wednesday (4/8/09); there is also a new article and new pod for you.
[* 1 *] Giving Thanks For Our Issues?
If you have been reading or listening to the resources @ EFT Q & A for any time at all, you are very aware of how much I like using gratitude while tapping. When I do this I am not just thankful for the good things that are in my life, but also for the struggles.
When we have emotions away from health and well being or limiting beliefs it is because there is a part of us that is trying to help or protect us, it is just not doing it well. On April 8th @ 5pm eastern USA (GMT - 5) I am going to be on the EFT Class w/ Eleanore Duyndam Radio Program talking about how we can use gratitude to gain information about our issues and speed the healing process.

[* 2 *] Will EFT leave me emotion less?
One of the common questions beginners to EFT have is if they are going to tap away there emotions forever. In this weeks article I discuss the type of emotional work we do with EFT. This is a great reminder for anyone who does EFT, not just beginners. Details and link below
[* 3 *] Disposition of Healing
A few weeks ago I appeared on Radio EFT with Michele Price talking about what informs me when I helping a client decide what to do next as we are working towards their healing. Michele has graciously allowed me to share the recording with everyone who missed the call. It is now Pod #4 Details below. [Remember each pod has a chance for you to win a free EFT session]
[* 4 *] Questions and Surrogate Requests
Remember, you can always send me your EFT questions or surrogate requests. I received a number of awesome questions in the last week which are going to be featured in the next few weeks on the site.
Ask a question or for tapping @ http://eftqanda.com/contact
Blessings,
