Tapping/EFT Q & A Report Sept. 3rd, 2009

Dear ,

I hope this finds you well. Here in the states we are moving into a long weekend in which I am going back to Wyoming to spend time with family and friends. I hope you find sometime with loved ones this weekend.

There was a great response to last week's "Top 9 Articles/Topics". If you haven't checked it out yet, you should. It is really some of the best of the best from the last two years on the site.

Lots of new stuff on the site.

[* 1 *] Tapping Videos
I made reference to this a few weeks ago and it now up and running. Three or four times a week I am going to be producing 30sec long tapping videos. The videos can be found at http://twitter.com/tappingbubble

Even if you do not have a twitter account you can access the videos. If you do have a twitter account I would encourage you to follow @TappingBubble to get updates when new videos are added. There are all ready a number of videos up.

Let me know if you have topics you would like me to do a video on. http://tappingqanda.com/contact

[* 2 *] New Article and Pod
There is a new article on the site about how to deal with sensations we get after tapping. There is also a new mini-podcast on the site. The pod is of me leading a parent through some surrogate tapping for their child. It is less than 10min total.

Even if you don't have any children you will find the tapping instructive on another way of doing surrogate tapping. Links and full descriptions below.

(Remember you can always listen to the audios on the site or subscribe to the podcast via iTunes. As always, these audio have no charge.)

[* 3 *] Tapping requests and questions
Do you have a question about tapping or would you like me to do some surrogate tapping for you? Let me know. http://tappingqanda.com/contact

Blessings,

gened

PS: There is a new 4 part tapping instruction audio series in the on-line store. I will talk about it more next week, but check it out now.

NEW & FEATURED ARTICLES

Pain After Tapping
When I do tapping/EFT I normally tap for thirty minutes (or more). Many times I have noticed that with in the next 24 hours gets very sore, from the top of my head to my tailbone. This is muscle pain and it feels something like lactic acid when you work your muscles too hard and they become inflamed. Do you have any idea what is causing this and how it can be avoided in future?

How A Parent Can Tap For Their Child (Bonus Pod)
I am asked all the time by parents about how they can surrogately tap for their children. There is a great deal of confusion around what to say and what to focus on.
