Tapping/EFT Q & A Report March 26th, 2009

Dear ,

Beautiful crisp fall day here in the charm city. On Tuesday this is what I posted on twitter (@genedavid) after a brief walk between clients:

"I live a life that is more fortunate than 99.99% of people who have ever lived. Just took a walk to inhale a prefect fall day & give thanks."

Inhale and enjoy the day!

1) New podcast went up this morning. It is the first of many new podcasts that will be part of the new season where I share parts of real sessions with clients to demonstrate ways you can be more efficient with your tapping. (link below)

2) Last weeks article was a huge success in showing you a way to create phrases. I wanted to give you another tool like it, but the article I have this week is hard to describe. I show you this really cool NLP technique to create tapping phrases and find core issues. You are just going to have to read it to get it. (link below)

3) Do you (or someone you love) want to quite smoking. I have created a special program just for smokers. http://tappingqanda.com/smoking

4) Only one spot left in my get ready for the holidays weight program. You know the temptation of holiday eating is coming. Do something about it now. details here

5) Send surrogate tapping requests and tapping questions to http://tappingqanda.com/contact

Hugs,

Using Process Instructions
Process instructions are a type of NLP pattern that uses the subconscious mind to tap into resources that we didn't realize we had or resources we didn't realize would be helpful for the issue at hand. In this article I explain what process instructions are, how to create them, and how to easily introduce them in to your tapping right away. Read more...
