Dear ,
Peace and blessings!
I hope this finds you well. I am in a quiet house sitting next to the fire place as most
of my family is off with my brother's in-laws feeding the 180 pairs of cattle
that are wintering on the ranch here in NE Wyoming.
Four quick things:
1) Remember it is always a good idea to wash your hands
before you tap. Touching our face
is one of the fast ways to get the germs we have picked up form others into our
system. 30 seconds of soap and hot
water will help to keep you healthy.
2) I was interviewed by Jessica Ortner for the Tapping
Insiders Club's ask the expert secontion on Tuesday. The whole interview in now a podcast here on the site. The questions come from absolute
beginners to seasoned practitioners.
(link below)
3) I put up a special bonus podcast with one of my favorite
processes ever. Follow the link
below and just tap along.
4) There were a number of very thoughtful comments added to
the article I wrote on Gary Craig's pending retirement and what can learn for
it. If you have not read it, I
would encourage you to do so. If
you did read it,
you might find the comments by other readers insightful.
Blessings and I look forward to serving you in the New Year!

Grounding
Process (Bonus Pod)
This is one of my favorite processes. I teach it in my
advanced class as an example of both guided imagery and parts work. I do this
process at least one a week myself. The first time I did it I was amazed at the
information my system gave me. In this version of it Jessica of the Tapping
Insiders Club ask me a few questions about the process and then you
can just tap right along with it. Hear more... |
