Dear ,
I hope this finds you well. I only have a few moments to write this morning. I am dashing out the door to help out
at a free clinic here in Kansas City, MO that is going to see over 1200 people
today. If you have a moment for a
spare thought or prayer it would be great.
First, many thanks to those of you who dropped a note after
last week's newsletter. Your kind
word really warmed my heart.
Second, there is a great podcast up from last week about the
book "EFT and Beyond". I
was given the opportunity to interview one of the editors Pamela Bruner. She shares many of the lessons from the
book as well as lessons she learned from editing the book. There are lots of tips and tools you
can use right now in your tapping. Pod #20
Third, if you are like me you are subscribed to lots of
tapping enewletters. This means
today your inbox is going to be filled with information about Pat Carrington's
new software on zapping cravings.
I was given the chance to interview Pat not about the software but the
how to behind the software. This
interview will show how you can deal with cravings in lots of ways.
If you have any questions or tapping requests please let me
know. http://tappingqanda.com/contact.
Have a great week.

Zapping
Cravings w/ Pat Carrington (Pod #21)
One of the most common uses of tapping is weight release and
craving control. In this interview Pat talks about the basic steps we need to
take to be success in weight release. After giving this overview Pat talks
emotional eating and then talks in very specific term about the mindless eating
we do and how we can use tapping to deal with the craving eating and the
habitual eat (e.g. eating every time we watch tv).
