Dear ,
1) There is a new podcast this week. Many times I interview someone I know
or someone I have studied with. In
these interview I have a chance to learn something, but it is more review. This week's pod is totally different. I was blown away by the content. It was almost all new to me. Gwenn Bonnell talks about Psychological
Reversal. (link below).
2) The second in the ten part series on weight release is
up. In this part I talked about
dealing with goals that part of us doesn't believe is achievable. Once again, even though the article is
about weight release, the information and tapping patter is useful for any
goal. (link below)
3) One more week left in the sales on all one off audios
(tap along and instruction) in the on-line store. http://tappingqanda.com/store
4) Do you have something you would like me to tap for? Send me you surrogate tapping requests
and I will spend a little time each morning tapping for you. Remember it's free. http://tappingqanda.com/contact
5) Keep the questions coming. http://tappingqanda.com/contact
Blessings,
gene

My Goal Isn't Believable
One of the most difficult things about weight release is
believing that we can achieve our goals. Often we are often carry the baggage
of failed past attempts at weight release, a family history of carrying too
much weight, and the fact that we have held the weight for so long it seem that
is stuck and can't possibly be released.Read more... |
