Dear ,
1) Don't forget to sign up for the World Tapping
Summit. You can access of 20
interviews on-line at no charge at all.
So far over 41,000 people have signed up. Sign up here.
2) This week we continue the 10 part series on weight
release. In the 5th installment we
look at how we can use tapping before we enter problem situations. This article is not only useful for
dealing with food cravings before we get into our problem spots, but can be
applied to situation where we know were are going to struggle emotionally. (link below)
3) Do you have an issue you are stuck on? Consider doing a
one-on-one session. Here is what a
recent client said:
"Having an EFT session with Gene Monterastelli is
truly a healing experience. I have been using EFT on an issue for quite a while
now with little or no progress. Luckily I stumbled upon Gene's EFT website and
decided to have an EFT phone session with him. All I can say is that Gene's
hugely intuitive and wonderfully creative style in using EFT helped me
enormously in one phone session. His ability to lead me to view and visualize
my problems in a way I would never have thought of was refreshingly uplifting
and of great benefit to me. So I would really recommend giving Gene a call and arranging
an EFT session with him over the phone." Niall, Ireland (What others are saying about working with Gene)
4) As always send me your questions and surrogate-tapping
request. http://tappingqanda.com/contact

Pre-Emptive
Tapping
There are times when we know we are going to stepping in to
situations where we are going to be facing a know issue (like going to a party
where there are going to be tempting foods or into a meeting where we know we
might get mad). When we know what our problem spots are we can do tapping ahead
of time to issue we make better choices.
