Dear ,

This will be a quick note. I am home for 11 hours after 7 days in Oregon and heading to New York for 4 more days. (The photo above is from evening prayer Tuesday night on the retreat I was leading.)

1) If you missed the announcement over the weekend make sure you check out the details on the 3 live events I am running this summer. Full details will come Wednesday of next week. The space is limited on each event. Anyone who sends me a e-mail saying they are interested will get the full details before I post it to the site or in the newsletter.

A number of people asked about cost. Each event is $345, but my readers will have a chance to sign up for $279. Details on the three events can be found at http://www.aweber.com/b/1r9Mz

Let me know you are interested at http://tappingqanda.com/contact

2) The new article this week came from a conversation I had with a client about what parts of our life did we create and what parts are we responsible for. I spent almost 30 minutes on this topic at the retreat I ran this week. It is a great reframe to help you move forward. (link below)

3) This weeks podcast is one of the best interviews I have ever done. It was one of those cases were at every turn I was learning something new. Even if you aren't interested in peak performance in a physical way the stuff we talk about will apply to achieving any goal. Awesome stuff. (link below)

4) Have a question or an issue you would like me to tap for? http://tappingqanda.com/contact

Have a great weekend!
