Dear ,

I have been doing a ton of interviews for the fall season of the Tapping Q and A Podcast. Last week I interviewed Jessica Ortner about all she has learned form the great interviews she has done over the years. It can't wait to share the interview with you.

I am always amazed at the generous spirit and wisdom of the people in the tapping community. I was inspired by this interview to reach out for more of that wisdom. I will be doing a series of round-up articles this fall where I share the thoughts of lots of people on healing topics.

I would love your input as well. You can share your wisdom here:
Add Your Thoughts...

1) I have seen a very interesting trend in my recent client work. I have been working with a number of clients who have had aspects of their issues that are related to the burdens that they have consciously and/or unconsciously picked up for people in their lives. Once you recognize this is a possibility it is very easy to release and transform these burdens. This week's podcast give some back ground and an easy way to tap on it. (link below)

2) I ended up tapping with one of my seatmates on a flight this past week. One of the things I was re-reminded of was the fact that sometimes we aren't very precise in our langue when talking about our issues. The more precise our description the easier it is to tune into the issue. The better we tune in the faster the relief. This week I have part 1 of a 3 part series that will help you to describe what is going in your emotional state. (link below)

3) October 1st my one-on-one session prices will be going up. You don't need to have the session before Oct. 1st to get the current rates, but you do need to contact me about your interest. Let me know how I can help you. http://tappingqanda.com/contact

4) Let me know if you have any surrogate tapping request or questions you would like answered in an article or a podcast. http://tappingqanda.com/contact

Blessings,

Gene

Coming Up With A More Accurate Description of How You Feel: Part 1 Negative Emotions
We know the more specific we are when describing the issue the faster we are going to find relief. Sometime we think we are being specific when we really aren't as specific as we can be.

Most of the time when I am working with a client and I ask them how they are feeling at any give point in the session I am given a one-word answer. "Angry." "Sad." "Confused." I normally will ask a follow up question along the lines of "[insert emotion] how?"
