Dear ,
I hope this finds you well. It is fall in the mid-Atlantic (which is really nice). As I went to the airport yesterday @
4am I was happy to be wearing my jacket and fedora. As much as I love the transition from summer to fall many
people find it agitating.
There is less warmth and sunlight. This can make people a little grumpy (and even sick). Take a few extra minutes in the morning
to recognize the changing of the seasons in your tapping. It will make it a more peaceful day.
1) The two new resources on the site this week complement
each other. The first is an
article explaining why we make poor choices again and again when we know the
better choice is. The second is an
audio where I explain a very easy process to identify the reasons why you are
making those choices and how to transform them. (links below)
2) Keep an eye on the site. I am release a new no cost resource Oct 15th. I have been working on it since
March. There will be both ebook
and audio book versions.
3) Have an issue that you can't seem to knock out? Maybe it
is time to work with someone.
Working with a professional will help you to get to root issues faster,
provide outside prospective and create an accountability structure to make sure
you do the work.
"The session with Gene was a wonderfully liberating
experience. He put me at my ease quickly, and the session flowed so naturally.
He is highly intuitive, calm and professional, and I felt very safe. He is
totally present with you during the session and I shifted some large and
deep-rooted blocks within my system, and although I felt a little tired
afterward, I have since felt, and continue to feel, wonderful.
I would highly recommend Gene." Karen UK
Let me know if you would like to book a one-on-one session.http://tappingqanda.com/booking
4) Do you have a question about tapping or have an issue you
would like me to tap for (I do this at no cost. I will tap for your issues every day for a week). http://tappingqanda.com/contact
I hope you are having a great day!
Gene
PS: Don't forget about the immune system boost tap-along
that is on the site. No
charge. Just hit play and
tap-along.

When We Keeps
Making The Same Poor Choice
Gene, I really like the concept you talk about all the time
about how the system is always trying to do what is best for us. I especially
like the way you describe the way a part of the system are trying to be helpful
but sometimes is really causing trouble because it isn't working in the most
helpful way. (I think you use the analogy of being afraid of mice. The fear is
trying to keep us safe, which is good, but there is no real danger.) My
question is this: How come my system knows that eating lots of ice cream isn't
good for me, but I still crave (and eat) a large bowl every night after work?
If my system were really trying to do what is best for it wouldn't be craving
something that isn't healthy. I'm I doing something wrong or does my system
have it out for me?

Of Your Own Way (Pod #43)
Most of the time the problem isn't knowing what we want
(thought sometime getting a clear picture of what we want is hard). More often
than not the problem is taking the steps that we know we should take to move
forward. In these cares there are fears and limiting beliefs that are
preventing us from moving forward.
In this podcast I share with you a very simple 10-step
process that will help to uncover the fears and limiting beliefs that are preventing
you from having what you want in your life. When you ask these 10 questions
your limiting beliefs with quickly present themselves let you tap them away.
