Dear ,

I know the holiday season can be dizzying. Here in the states we just finished the long Thanksgiving weekend and now we are in the middle of all the craziness that December brings.

Do yourself a favor and take a few minutes every day to take care of yourself. I know there are parties to attended, loved ones to see, and shopping to do. Don't miss all the blessings of the season, but also make sure you are taking care of yourself.

If you are looking for a great little audio to help ground yourself and make sure you are taking care of yourself I would encourage you to revisit, "The Grounding Process". You can listen to it and download it for no charge.

1) Three great resources added to the site this week (which brings the total to 283 articles, audios, and pods you can access at no charge).

  • Early this fall I asked a group of practitioners I respect questions about what they have learned from their clients, practice, and personal work. This week we have the first installment of their wisdom.
  • The always amazing Carol Look talks about clearing emotional issues to heal physical pain.
  • Part 2 of the practitioner series on how to and why you should create content.
Links to all three are below.

2) This week's special @ ExpertTappingResources.com is buy-one-get-one-free for one-on-one phone sessions. You can use both for yourself or you can give one as a gift to a loved one (details below).

3) Starting the first of the year I will be adding a no-cost tap along audio to the site every Monday. Is there a topic you would like a tap-along for? Let me know http://tappingqanda.com/contact

Blessings,

Gene

Round up - What lessons have you learned about healing from a client?
There is a wealth of information in the tapping community. From time to time I ask practitioners I respect their thoughts on tapping, healing, and their work (I "round-up" their opinions.) This happens about once a month. You can read past round-ups.

Tapping For Physical Issues w/ Carol Look (Pod #48)
Tapping is great for physical pain and physical issues. When most people are introduced to tapping they learn to deal with pain by tapping on "this pain in my knee . . . this pain in my knee . . . this pain in my knee." In this interview with Carol Look we examine more advanced ways to look at the emotions that are associated with the physical pain and how in many cases when we deal with the emotional issues we find our way to physical relief.

Writing Articles To Build Your Practice - Part 2: Types of Articles
I know creating free content is a great way to show your competence and experience as a practitioner. You create so much stuff for your site and other sites. I would love to start to write stuff about tapping but don't know where to begin. How do you come up with ideas, and what is your process for writing?
