[Tapping/EFT Q & A] - Tapping for Physical Pain (+ Tapping For Holiday Stress)
Published: Wed, 12/15/10
I hope this finds you well. The last week was a whirlwind for me
as I spent time helping at a free clinic in NC (where we served
1,350 people in one day) and at a conference in NO, LA. (If you
look carefully at this video you can see me dancing on stage in
front of 2,500 people http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=al_bQy-WFWo).
1) The Holidays: I created another tap-along audio for EFT
Universe. This month it is about dealing with impulsive eating
during the holidays. Download here:

Also, a few years ago I did a podcast with Catherine Poole tapping
around the holiday stress and involving the creative use of color.

2) New Resources: This week I continue the series on how I write
articles for this site and I share an unexpected way to deal with a
physical injury with tapping. (links below)
3) Don't miss the two deals this month.

An Unexpected Place To Start With Physical Pain
Recently one of my clients, "Ann," who wanted to do some Emotional
Freedom Techniques (EFT) for her ankle, contacted me. She had been
jogging in a park. Because of the way the grass had grown she did
not see a large hole. She stepped into it and went down hard.
Fortunately for Ann she did not rip or break anything. However, she
was in a great deal of pain and was told that she needed to be on
crutches for two weeks to give the ankle a chance to heal.

Writing Articles To Build Your Practice
Part 3: Picking a Topic and Starting
I know creating free content is a great way to show your competence
and experience as a practitioner. You create so much stuff for your
site and other sites. I would love to start to write stuff about
tapping but don't know where to begin. How do you come up with
ideas and what is your process for writing?
