Dear ,
1) On Wednesday the good folks over at EFTUniverse shared
another tap-along audio that I recorded for them. If you missed the announcement in their newsletter you can download the audio.
The tap-along this week is on "knowing it is ok to take time to care for
yourself."
2) I have been working on a new "tapping every day for
a year" project. You can see
a video update of my progress after 4 weeks. In addition to seeing where I am and what I have learned
there are also some great phrases that you can tap-along to.
(you can also check the progress of the growing mop on the top of my head as I
get closer to having enough hair for Locks-of-Love.)
3) The National Association of Free Clinics is running a
medical clinic in Charlotte, NC Dec 7th.
For details on how to volunteer or to receive free medical care visit the details.
I will be there helping out on the 6th and 7th. If you are going to be there, let me
know.
4) This week we have added two resources to the site. First, there is an interview with EFT
Master Tania Prince on EFT Inner RePatterning. Second, we have part 3 in the series on how to better
describe emotions. When we are
able to more precisely describe what we are feeling the easier it is to tune-in
to what is going on. (links below)
As always, let me know if there is anything I can do for
you.

EFT Inner
RePatterning w/ Tania A. Prince (pod #46)
One of the biggest hang-ups my clients have when tapping on
their own is knowing what to tune-in to and how to find past memories or core
issues. Tania A. Prince has developed a very easy process that only requires
the person who is doing Emotional Freedom Techniques to tune-in to how they
know they have the issue. It is really that easy. In this interview Tania
explains EFT Inner RePatterning and how to do it.

Coming Up
With A More Accurate Description of How You Feel: Part 3 Physical and Emotional
Needs
We know the more specific we are when describing the issue,
the faster we are going to find relief. Sometimes we think we are being
specific when we really are not being as specific as possible.
