Dear ,

Exciting news. My healing manifesto "Recovering Self" has now been translated into Spanish. A huge thanks goes to Vera C. Malbaski who did the translation work. If you haven't checked it out yet, it is now available as a free ebook in English and Spanish and as a free audio book in English. Recovering Self

I am still looking for ideas for TapAlong audios for March. Let me know if you have a topic you want me to cover in a TapAlong. Contact me

1) New Article
There is another great "Round-Up" that has been added to the site this week. This week seven of my favorite practitioners from around the world talk about the healing process. Great lessons all around! (Link below)

2) New Audios
Three new audios have been added this week. First, we have an interview with one of my favorites, Rue Hass, about Fibromyalgia/ME. Amazing stuff! There are also two more TapAlong audios added to the site this week on staying focused and learning from our mistakes. (Link below)

3) Looking for help?
Here are parts of two e-mails I received this week.

"Wow, what an awesome session!! That was certainly a whole lot different than the tapping along I have done. I'm down from a pack a day to 3 or 4 cigs Sunday, 2 yesterday, part of one today."

"I've done a lot of tapping on my own for the past 5 years, sometimes with really good results, sometimes unable to get to what's really going on, thus no real change. I wanted to work with a practitioner and see how it might help with the problem of muddling around but not really getting to the heart of the issues. Working with Gene was really a great experience! I have a lot of trust issues, but very quickly felt safe. He is kind and caring, focused, and was incredibly skillful in helping me sort-out and QUICKLY move through a current emotional issue and come out the other side seeing and feeling it quite differently. And since that session I'm amazed at how much more truly open and less reactive I've been in a lot of personal interactions, handling what would have previously felt like conflict with so much more ease and grace and understanding.

And I loved having the recording of the session available to listen to and do even more work with ... it's allowed even more insights and shifts in other areas of my life.

Can't wait to work with him again ... I can't imagine a better guide to help me safely navigate some murky waters, clean out the muck, and move into a place of expanded, exciting possibilities in my life journey!"

TapAlong: Learning from mistakes/Don't have to be perfect
We all make mistakes. Some are big and others are small. It can be very easy for us to beat ourselves up after we have made a mistake. But it is not the end of the world. We can learn from our mistakes and it can be helpful to understand that we are not perfect (not are we ever going to be).

TapAlong: Staying Focused
"The main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing.""- Stephen Covey It is very easy for us to get distracted. It feels like there are a million things pulling us in a million different directions. It is good that we take a step back and reflect on what is really important and where our focus needs to be. When we do this it is easier for us to stay focused.
