Dear ,

Happy New Year!?!

When I was scanning the blogosphere the first week of this year everyone was writing about how to start the New Year. We are now two months into the new year and most of the plans we made for the new year have been lost in the business of daily life.

So I decided to write a series on how to transform in the New Year. Think of this as your chance to give your New Year's commitments a reboot!

Instead of doing it all at once I have broken it down in to a number of small steps. This week I have the first in the series. I hope you like it.

1) New resources this week:
In addition to New Year's series there are 3 new audios this week. First is a new podcast. This podcast is a little different than most podcast. It is more of a conversation than a presentation. We talk about lots of great issues. I would love your feedback on this format.

There are also two new TapAlong audios this week. One is on letting go of things that are holding back. The other is about being able to trust your instinct and intuition.

2) Do you have an issue that you just cat get past?
In the last three months I have gotten the chance to work with a number of amazing new clients. People who are looking for transformation in their life and some great progress is happening. I would love to help you reach the heights you want to reach in your life.

"I have recently started studying and practicing EFT, but I feel like my first session with Gene took tapping to a whole new level. I gained insights into a very deep pattern that I have been struggling with for quite some time. I am grateful for having the opportunity to work with Gene and appreciate his kindness, warmth and humor." Kristen, CA

Another New Year's Goal Setting Post (AND That's A Good Thing)
I know we are months past the beginning of the year. More than likely you have forgotten all your New Year's Resolutions.

The fact that January 1st is the beginning of the "New Year" is somewhat arbitrary. Really the first day of the year could have been any day, but for some reason when calendars where being created they chose January 1st. If we use the "New Year" as a tool to reflect on our life and as a chance to look ahead then it can be a very helpful thing.

So now that we are well past the craziness of the holidays and you have some time to reflect on what you thought was going to be important this year, let's try this again.

Let's make today the Re-New Year to reflect and plan action.

Pod #55: Cravings, Savoring Food, and 3 Steps To Approach Every Problem
This is a slightly different type of podcast. Instead of a straightforward teaching or an interview it is much more a conversation. The topic of the conversation with my friend Sue is cravings, eating, and weight release. Because of the nature of conversation we touch on many other things.

TapAlong: Trusting your intuition and inspiration
We all have access to information about what is going on around us, about others'Äô motivations, and what is best for us. Because we don't have a clear reason as to exactly why we believe these things it can be hard for us to trust it. It can be very difficult because we have a particular "intuition" about what is going to happen. When we are more open to trusting our "intuition" and inspiration, then we are going to make better choices.
