Dear ,
[Note: For all the new readers who joined us this week...I would encourage you to check out Welcome To Tapping Q and A and the video tour.]
I continue to be amazed by all the wonderful resources that people are producing in the tapping/healing world. I spend a little time each week reading over blogs, listening to podcasts, and searching Google for the good stuff. It is great that there is so much out there.
This week I heard about two great things that are coming from people I am lucky enough to call friends.
First, Pamela Bruner is doing a free teleclass on March 23rd called "Tapping into Marketing Mastery - 5 Sure-Fire Techniques for Six Figure Success." This is all about growing your business.
Full details
Second, my friend Catherine Poole is doing a reader's choice teleclass. She is offering three great topics and letting you choose which one you want her to do.

You will notice that I don't promote a lot of other people's stuff in my newsletter because I want to make sure I am only passing along quality information. You should really check both of these out!
1) Procrastination
One of the questions I get the most is "How do I deal with procrastination?" This week I have a full article on 4 ways to approach procrastination when you can't figure out why you are procrastinating.
(link below)
2) 3 Audios There are three new audios this week.
First, there is a quick little technique you can use when you want to work on lots of issues all at once, but don't have lots of time. After you listen to the audio once you will be able to repeat it again and again on your own. There are two TapAlongs added this week. The first deals with how we can take the moments that frustrate us and turn them into moments of growth and learning. Second, I offer a way to tap on the idea of "Holy Goal-less-ness". This will bring you peace and calm for sure.

3) Let me help you!
Is there something that has you stuck? Are you ready to get past procrastination? Looking for a kick-start to your healing? Let me know how I can help you.
"Gene, our call was a great catalyst. You were insightful and engaged. It seemed you were sitting right next to me. Our initial work to dispel the symptoms of anxiety was excellent groundwork that enabled me to be clearer about what fears and beliefs were under the surface of all that." Marilyn, Maryland

Dealing With Procrastination When You Can't Name The Drawback For Doing It?
I have read a lot of articles on tapping/EFT and procrastination. Almost every article talks about the first thing you should do is to name what could go wrong or what is the penalty for taking the action. I can see that if you cleared the emotional charge around these pitfalls how it could help you to move forward. The problem I have is I have no idea why I don't want to do these tasks. I know they are important. I know they are needed. I know they will improve my life. I can't figure out why, even on a subconscious level, why I think these are bad steps for me to take. How else can I use tapping to get through this procrastination?

Bonus Pod #17: The Container Process -How can I tap on more than one issue at a time?
I was asked by one of my clients how it is possible to tap on multiple issues all at once. This is one of my favorite tools. You can do this technique for any group of issues and it can be quickly after you hear it once.

TapAlong #10A: The Things That Drive You Crazy Are Your Greatest Teachers. Finding Calmness Within The Storm.
There is a reason that things drive us crazy. It is because there is something in those moments that challenges the way we see ourselves and the world, or that challenges the way we would like to see ourselves in the world. We can learn a great deal from these moments if we can take a step back and ask why we are being driven so crazy. Even if we aren't able to do that in the moment, but reflect after the fact, then we can make great strides.

TapAlong #9B: Holy Goalessness
While on retreat with Fr. Richard Rohr I was introduced to the term "Holy Goalessness." I am a person that is very much about the world. I am goal-oriented. I am always moving forward. I am always striving for better. There are times that I need to be reminded that it is much more important to be and not to do. It is possible to not be moving forward and still not be stagnant at the same time. Not moving forward does not equal lazy or no progress. I need to work harder to find those moments.
