Dear ,
Hope this find you well. I am hoping I can ask you for a surrogate tapping request. On Monday a mass was found on my sister's lung. There have been a number of test that have been done this week with lots of good news.
We will know much more after the biopsy on Monday. I will be traveling to Portland, OR where she lives this weekend to be as helpful as I can be.
Could you please take a few moments to tap for my sisters help and my family's peace of mind.
In other news...There are lots of awesome resources on the site this week. You can see links to them below.
Blessings,

TapAlong: Accepting Compliments
One of the things I have struggled with over the years is accepting compliments. They made me feel uncomfortable. They made me feel judged. They made me feel like I needed to point out the things that were wrong with me. Over time I have learned that it is okay to take a compliment. It gives me a chance to recognize that I am good at something. It gives me a chance to recognize that others also see the things I do well.

TapAlong: Letting People Go
When people exit your life, don't let them have your self worth as a parting gift. Say "Bye" with your head held high. @TheSW
People are going to come and go from our lives. There are going to be times when people leave our lives when we don't want them to go. When they leave, sometimes we are going to take it personally and be hurt. We are going to think that the reason they left is because we have failed or because we are not good enough. When this happens it is really easy to take this as a judgment that we aren't worth being loved. It is very easy to let our self worth leave when people leave our lives.
