Dear ,
Greetings from Wyoming. I am back where I grew up to meet my new niece. Life is so good!
This week I want to really focus on the four new resources that have been added to the site. I think they are some of the best that have been added in quite a while
1) Resistance
If you have read my free eBook Recovering Self (link) you know I believe, "If there wasn't resistance to change then change would have already happened." Meaning if we are not moving forward there must be a resistance some were. This week I offer a way of approaching that resistance in a step by step way that will making sitting down to tap much easier.

2) "Love and Accept Myself"
David Wells is one of the best trainers in the tapping world. This week I have an interview with him about self-acceptance. In the middle the interview he turns on its head how to use the set up phrase. It is awesome stuff.

3) Unconditional Love
This week I was interviewing Brad Yates for a future podcast and we were talking about unconditional love. In the middle of the interview I had a new idea for a TapAlong audio. I brought it up to Brad and he said that he had done the exact thing with clients before. It is less than eight minutes and will blow you away.

4) Being Easy With Self
We are hardest on our self. We give ourself the least amount of leeway. If you transform the way we see our healing process it makes it easier for use to heal. This short TapAlong Audio shows you how to do this.
