Dear ,
I hope this finds you well. I am sorry for the delay on last Thursday's newsletter. I spent last week at a service work camp with 325 high school students. I was humbled and awed as I saw them server so many in so many ways. Our days ran from wake up at 630am to lights out at 1030pm leaving no time to drop you this note.
Lots of things to cover so I will do it quick hits style this week:
1) Thought Field Therapy (TFT)
Did you know there was something that came before EFT? EFT was built on TFT. In last week's pod I talked with Joanne Callahan (wife of Roger Callahan) about TFT and how EFTers can learn form it. Check it out! Hear more. . .
2) The Unexpected
Sometimes when we tap unexpected things come to mind. These could be thoughts, feelings, or memories. Here is how to respond when this happens. Read more. . .
3) Overwhelmed By Emotions
Sometimes when we tap we are hit with a flood of emotions. Here is how to respond when this happens.Read more. . .
4) Set-Up Phrase Generator
The creative set-up phrase generator was visited over 10,000 times in the last week. If you haven't check it out yet you should. Try it out!
5) Transform w/ Pamela Bruner
Are you going to be at Pamela Bruner's live event in Ft. Lauderdale, FL this week? Let me know because I am going to be there and would love to meet up.
Let me know what I can do for you! (just reply to this email to drop me a note)
