Dear ,

And just like that 1/2 of the year is gone. It has been a really amazing year so far. I hope you are enjoying all the blessings of the year. "Thank you for the blessings I have received and the blessings I am receiving..."

This weekend I am going to be up in New York City. I always enjoy meeting up with like minded folks. I am thinking of having a little meet up with anyone who is interested. Just reply to this note if you would like to get together.

1) Bonus Podcast
This week I have a very short bonus podcast for you. It is about a concept that has made a huge difference in my own healing. I believe the idea is so important that I am in the middle of a 90 day process that I am basing partly on this idea. There are times where problems feel way too big to transform or to even start. This podcast will provide some insight (and encouragement) on how to start. Hear more. . .

2) Tapping In Jail
I have been very lucky to be part of an anger management class in one of the local jails. Here are 10 lessons I have learned from teaching tapping in jail. Read more. . .

3) Saying We Are Sorry
For me, one of the hardest phrases to say is, "I'm sorry!" This week I have a tap along audio which is helpful when we need to say we are sorry. Hear more. . .

4) Get The Help You Need
It has been an interesting week working with clients. 1/3 of my clients this week have been people who work with clients themselves. We all need help from time to time from the outside. (I know do!) When working with someone else they are able to see things in a way that we aren't able to because we are so close to what we are experiencing.

I would love to help you get clear of that issue, fear, or limiting belief that is slowing you down for having the life you want to have.

"I purchased two sessions with Gene, and I am so very glad I did. His experience comes through with gentle clarity as he guided me along the process of facing and accepting the various challenges before. There is no amount of study that can create such a kind and perceptive manner, and he has both.

"I did the work, framed the questions, but Gene kept me on track with compassion and intelligence, and a really creative, energetic ability to see into the questions that need to be asked. His generous nature, as well as his expertise, created a safe space for me to do the work as he guided me through tapping and framing intentions."

Bonus Pod: How Opening Just A Crack To Healing Can Make All The Difference with EFT/Tapping
So often we don't begin our healing work because we think the work is too big, it feels too overwhelming, or it just feels impossible. In this podcast we talk about how important it is to just open the door a small crack to the healing process and how that can make all the difference in the world. Sometimes it just takes a small change to create radically different outcomes. We also spend time doing a little tapping for the feeling of overwhelm that comes with knowing we have lot of healing we want and need to do.
